We're building the opposite of a résumé.
Dossier is one living, evidence-backed record of everything you've done — and the calm workspace to put it to work.
Why we built it
A career is a body of evidence: things you shipped, problems you solved, numbers you moved. A résumé throws most of it away — one page, rewritten from memory for every role, guessing at keywords. The proof rarely makes it in.
Dossier keeps the whole record once. Every entry traces back to something real — a shipped feature, a metric, a reference — so what you put forward is backed by proof, not adjectives.
Where it's going
The résumé is a format, not the truth. Our direction is to make the Dossier itself the thing you share — a record any role can be matched against — with Quill, your guide, doing the matching and the reasoning. Documents become exports; the record stays the point.
How we work
Local-first by default. Your Dossier lives on your machine, and it's yours — never sold, never shared, never used to train a model. We're a small team building deliberately, in private beta.
